The City of Winona Mississippi is proud to announce the grand opening of the Winona Animal Shelter. "We greatly appreciate the support of the Ellard Foundation, the City of Winona, the Mayor, the Board of Aldermen, and the community", says Marsha Flynn of the Winona Animal Advocacy Group (WAAG).
