The City of Winona is searching for a new Chief of Police. This position will oversee all department operations, personnel, budgets, and policy development. Enforce local, state, and federal laws while fostering community partnerships. If you are interested please apply in person.

• Manage training, performance evaluations, and inter-agency coordination.

Qualifications:
• Mississippi law enforcement certification.
• Experience in supervisory/command roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and administrative skills.
• Valid MS driver’s license: clean background check required.
