Fire Chief, Barrett Johnson, informed the Board of Aldermen at the May 6th board meeting that the Fire Department would start painting fire hydrants by the 1st of June. Fire Chief Johnson told long time Winona resident, Mary Fullilove, that the hydrant located in front of her house would be the first hydrant to receive a fresh coat of "Fire House Red" paint.
