Recent water line break has caused air to get trapped in the lines. The City will be flushing lines to remove the air. You may see discolored water and hear air pressure in your water lines. City of Winona users are not under a boil water notice at this time.

City of Winona just completed a NRCS project which stabilized the bank and minimized erosion at Greensboro box culvert. This is a 100% reimbursement project. 2B Dirt did the contract work with Engineering Services doing the design.
